These thick, tacky rubberized plastic pads are placed beneath an ink foil strip to prevent it from slipping during fingerprinting. The ink foil is placed on the hold-down strip prior to inking. As the Hold-down strips begins to lose it's "tackiness" due to dust and other contaminants, simply wash it with soap and water to return it to it's original state. Each pack includes 10 individual Hold-down strips.
