The kit consists of a booklet of 50 forms and a 1 3/4" x 2 1/4" PerfectPrint® ink pad. Both items are in a plastic carrying case to protect the forms and keep them clean. Replacement booklets of elimination print forms and additional PerfectPrint® pads are available.
