Similar to our inked Roller Palm Printer, our Inkless Roller Palm Printer consists of a coating roller and an impression roller. Roll the palms on the red coating roller, then place a palm print card on the impression roller and roll the palm across it. The special red coating formula will not smear and produces dark, red prints. After the card is complete, process it in a Digit 10® or IdentaPrint® unit to convert the red prints to rich, black prints, which will not fade with time, suitable for submission to the FBI or for scanning into an AFIS system. The unit is steel and can be secured to any countertop. A unique locking mechanism keeps the rollers secure (an important safety feature for any palm printing unit). Each roller will produce up to 1000 individual palm prints. The coating roller is replaceable using the LE-121 Roller Palm Printer Replacement Kit.
